1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any tour package, accommodation, transport, or travel-related service through Travel Haven, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after the required advance payment or full payment has been received and confirmed by Travel Haven. Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

3. Prices

All package prices are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal demand, hotel availability, government taxes, transportation charges, or unforeseen operational costs. Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain applicable unless changes are requested by the customer.

4. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required to secure reservations.
  • Remaining balances must be paid before the tour or as communicated during booking.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the policies of hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable supplier charges and administrative fees.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Travel Haven reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotel selections, sightseeing schedules, or transportation arrangements when required due to weather conditions, road closures, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control. Suitable alternatives will be provided whenever reasonably possible.

7. Traveller Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking information.
  • Carry valid identification and travel documents.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled departures.
  • Follow local laws and regulations during travel.
  • Respect hotel property, vehicles, guides, and fellow travellers.

8. Liability

Travel Haven acts as a travel planner and booking facilitator. While we carefully select our travel partners, we are not responsible for delays, accidents, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, force majeure events, or the actions of third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control.

9. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and should disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect their journey. Appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including text, logos, photographs, graphics, and design elements, belongs to Travel Haven unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal.
